As exchange rates change daily, these converted rates may not be accurate and we recommend that you check online for the correct exchange rate before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for differences with the current exchange rate as it changes frequently.

Payment Safety:

No card information is stored on Hairac and remains the cardholder’s private property at all times before, during and after product purchase.

We at Hairac take many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. Hairac does NOT keep credit card information on record. 

Note:

Make sure you enter the correct billing address and contact information as shown on your bank statement or credit card. The transaction cannot proceed if the information entered does not exactly match the information your bank or credit card provider has on file.

Shipping

All prices on the website do not include shipping costs. Your Hairac hair extension will be shipped from our warehouse in Vietnam. We ship on business days Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. We ship worldwide!

Modes Of Shipping:

We cooperate with best delivery agency so we can transport your package follow your request. Shipping provider:

Delivery time may vary depends on your destination, shipping method and order’s quantity. Normally it will take about 7 – 10 working days to deliver the package to your address.

Shipping Rates:

The charges will be calculated and displayed after you enter your shipping information. You will know the exact amount of the shipping cost before you enter your credit card details and confirm your order. 

Important Shipping Information:

Make sure you also enter the correct shipping address (number and street name, city, state and zip code) as we are not responsible for packages that are shipped to the wrong address if the address information is incorrect entered correctly.

Tracking Your Package:
